Lifetime Installation Warranty
Royal backs eligible installation workmanship.
Our lifetime installation warranty is designed to give homeowners confidence in the work Royal performs — with clear terms, exclusions, and proper care expectations.
Royal Home Flooring
What lifetime installation warranty means.
Royal’s lifetime installation warranty helps protect eligible installation workmanship performed by Royal Home Flooring. It is not a blanket warranty for every product, accessory, accident, moisture issue, or damage that happens inside the home.
Royal Home Flooring
Lifetime Installation Warranty Certificate
This certifies that eligible flooring installation workmanship for the customer project is backed by Royal Home Flooring under the terms and conditions of the lifetime installation warranty.
Terms, conditions, exclusions, and original project scope apply. Transition pieces and accessory trim are excluded.
Coverage Basics
What it helps cover — and what it does not.
What it helps cover
- Eligible installation workmanship performed by Royal Home Flooring.
- The original flooring installation itself when installed by Royal under the written project scope.
- Installation-related concerns that are not caused by moisture, abuse, product defects, site movement, or work by others.
- Review and support when the homeowner believes an issue is connected to Royal installation workmanship.
What it does not cover
- Transition pieces, T-molds, reducers, stair nose, moldings, trim, or accessory pieces unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Manufacturer product defects, finish wear, color variation, normal wear, or product warranty claims.
- Water damage, leaks, flooding, pet accidents, excessive humidity, dry-out, structural movement, or subfloor/site-condition issues.
- Scratches, dents, pet claw marks, abuse, neglect, furniture damage, rolling chair damage, or work performed by others.
Protect The Warranty
What can void or limit installation warranty support.
Moisture and site conditions
Leaks, flooding, humidity problems, concrete moisture, dry-out, or structural movement can limit or void installation warranty support.
Damage after installation
Dragging furniture, pet claw damage, high heels, heavy impacts, rolling chairs, or jobsite damage are not installation workmanship defects.
Improper cleaning or maintenance
Steam, soaking water, wax, harsh chemicals, oil soaps, and non-approved cleaners can create damage that is outside installation warranty coverage.
Changes by others
Removing, cutting, reinstalling, repairing, sanding, refinishing, or modifying the flooring by others may limit or void coverage.
