Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms apply to Royal Home Flooring promotional offers, discounts, financing promotions, specials, advertised savings, and limited-time offers. Final offer eligibility is determined by the written estimate and the specific promotion terms available at the time of the estimate.

1. General Promotion Terms

Promotions are available on qualifying projects only. Offers may apply to selected styles, selected products, selected services, selected product categories, or selected project types. Final eligibility and pricing are confirmed only in the written estimate.

2. Selected Styles and Availability

Offers such as “75% off select flooring styles” apply only to qualifying selected styles and eligible products. Product availability, manufacturer availability, style selection, color selection, project size, and installation scope may affect final pricing and eligibility.

3. Installation and Custom Services

Promotions may be affected by installation scope, custom services, furniture moving, existing floor removal, subfloor preparation, repairs, stairs, transitions, trim, reducers, T-molds, stair nosing, moldings, additional coats, special layout, custom labor, or other project conditions.

4. Hardwood Refinishing Offers

Hardwood refinishing promotions apply only to qualifying hardwood floor refinishing projects. Oil-based refinishing, stain, additional coats, repairs, custom work, site conditions, stairs, furniture moving, and other project details may affect final pricing. Additional coat may be required and priced separately.

5. Financing Offers

Financing promotions are subject to credit approval and financing provider terms. Special financing terms apply only to qualifying purchases. Royal Home Flooring does not make credit decisions and does not control lender approval, APR, fees, payment requirements, deferred interest terms, or credit agreement terms.

If a promotional financing plan is a deferred-interest plan, deferred interest may be charged from the purchase date if the promotional balance is not paid in full by the end of the promotional period. Required monthly payments may not pay off the promotional balance before the promotional period ends. Customer should review the complete financing provider disclosures and credit agreement.

6. Cannot Be Combined

Promotions may not be combined with other offers, discounts, coupons, or financing promotions unless stated in writing by Royal Home Flooring.

7. Expiration and Changes

Promotions are limited-time offers and may expire, change, or be discontinued. Website promotion dates may update automatically for the current promotional cycle. Final eligibility is based on the written estimate and promotion terms available at the time of the estimate.

8. Errors and Corrections

Royal Home Flooring may correct errors, omissions, pricing mistakes, product availability issues, or promotional wording at any time. Website content is not a final quote or final agreement.
