Royal Home Flooring has always been committed to serving our customers in only the highest quality. This COVID-19 Pandemic has taken us all by surprise and has had a significant effect on our daily life.
In response to the government mandated order only essential businesses are operating. Luckily Royal Home Flooring is deemed an essential business.
Our hours of Shop at Home operations remain the same, we are still conducting free in-home estimates & installations.
Our team members are all vetted & cleared to interact with the public community and have taken all the precautionary measures to protect themselves and mainly the public. They are following all CDC recommended guidelines. We will be enacting the following changes during your in-Home estimate & installations process:
- We will be discouraging handshakes and limiting contact
- We’re encouraging associates who are sick to stay home.
- Full touchless interactions for your in-home estimate using our laser & tablet method
- Full sanitization of all flooring samples after each interaction
As part of our normal practice, our warehouse facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we’re increasing the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in our warehouses.
We do not currently anticipate any delays in scheduled installations or in-home measurement appointments.
We wish everyone that has been affected a full and safe recovery. Please be safe and practice proper hygiene & social distancing when advised.
